Sessions are collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your individual needs and goals.’
Advocacy program
The advocacy program offered by Nurturing Minds, led by Emma Fulcher, is designed to help clients navigate complex systems and ensure their voices are heard in situations that can otherwise feel overwhelming.
Rather than speaking over or for a person, the focus is on building their confidence and capability to speak for themselves.
Importantly, the approach is collaborative. Goals are set together, and the level of support can range from light-touch guidance to more hands-on assistance during critical periods. Over time, the aim is to reduce reliance on external advocacy by strengthening the person’s own skills, knowledge, and sense of agency.
The core purpose is empowerment: ensuring each person has both the backing and the practical tools they need to access the resources, protections, and opportunities that allow them to live safely and thrive.
